Henry V Pereau of Bath Maine conveyed a mortgage to Charles H Farnham dated July 25 1906 recorded in Sagadahoc Deeds. The breach of condition prompts foreclosure of the parcel described as Brown Street area bounded by Pereau Dunton Stearns and Brown. Foreclosure action dated February 1910.
