Playground Picnic Set For Thursday In West Bath
A gala playground picnic will be held Thursday at Rock Hill Inn West Bath to cap the season’s activities run by the City Recreation Commission. Festivities run 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with noon refreshments. City children instructors and friends invited. Events include three legged races sack races potato races the 100 yard dash and a freckle contest. Tug of war key draw with hot dogs donated by local merchants. Prizes funded by merchants. Bath approves cemetery ordinance raising burial costs
Bath City Council passed a second reading and final passage of a cemetery ordinance increasing lot prices and perpetual care funds.
