Gerhard Walke died Wednesday evening at his son Edward's house after a period of poor health. He was 77 years, 11 months and 20 days old, father of twelve with eleven surviving. Former sexton of St Louis church, he resigned months ago. Funeral and burial followed in Enothaburg.
