Big Horn County tops ribbons at the state fair led by Col May and assistants. The Big Horn county committee chaired by Thos M Hyde plans the fourth Liberty Loan drive with a September 28 start date and a Basin meeting on September 21. Local papers show the man had recently left Montana penitentiary and was deemed a bad man there. Basin School Opens With Enrollment Rise
The Basin schools opened last Monday with 298 students and 18 new pupils on Tuesday and Wednesday for a total of 316.
