Striking Railroads Near End as Peace Terms Arrive
Chicago Sept 13 policy committee of the striking railway shop crafts authorized B M Jewell to sign a separate peace with individual roads ending the strike on from 80 to 53 of the 303 Class 1 railways. The agreement, reached after talks in New York and Baltimore, provides for workers to return within 30 days at current pay and for an arbitration panel of six railroads and six shop craft agents. W C Olson of Otto visited Chicago yesterday.

In Lovell Justice Court Judge Willis released W B Hartigan on his own recognizance after testimony from Youdas and deputies that he sold liquor to Youdas, who admitted buying ginger liquor for a sick horse. Hartigan claimed the rider bought two ounces, not four, and the judge found no probable cause for district court. County Attorney Little led the case in Lovell.

Car Crash Near Ashland Wyoming Wreck Injures Wife
