R E Gleason known as Hobby leaves Cody for Basin to take charge of the Shoshone Creamery now moved there. The first churn at the new plant produced 600 pounds of butter Tuesday. Gleason built a strong reputation in Cody as credit man and assistant manager of the Cody Trading company and later directed Shoshone Creamery activities at Rumsey stock farm before relocating. Cody neighbors regret his departure but commend his business acumen and genial nature.
