Rev Joslin's Anniversary at Baptist Church Marks Year
Rev M Joslin began his second anniversary at the Basin Baptist Church last Sunday. The year's work shows progress with harmony between pastor and people despite weather and other minor issues. The sermon on Power from Acts 1 8 urged clear witness, while the Young Peoples Society discussed Self control or Christ centered. Next Sunday's services include communist services and a Sunday school rally. V C Olson, an Otto rancher, reported a strong year with about 500 tons of hay from 62 stacks and nearly 2 000 bushels of grain. His sons Alvin Bertis Ole and Delbert assisted. Alvin may attend Basin high school. Olson praised Republican ties and predicted a sweeping victory in Wyoming and Big Horn County, commending Basin Republican for fearless, direct politics.
