The Big Horn County Colonization Company sues S H Ellis in the District Court of Big Horn County Wyoming seeking judgment for 240.08 plus costs and interest. The North Half of the Northeast quarter of Section 24 Township North Range 7 West is slated for sale to satisfy the judgment unless an answer is filed by November 4 1916.
