Jeanette Parmley petitions for an absolute divorce from Omar Parmley in Big Horn County Wyoming with a required answer by December 29 1917. Attorney G Hartigan represents Parmley in the case filed November 26 1917 in district court.
The Basin town council adopted Ordinance No 160 authorizing Sanitary Sewer bonds for Local Improvement District No 3 in Basin Big Horn County Wyoming. The measure funds sewer construction and imposes supplemental assessments to cover interest and principal as they come due. The ordinance passed final reading, received mayoral approval, and will be published in The Basin Republican.
Ordinance authorizes and provides for the issue sale and delivery of special assessment improvement bonds in Local Improvement District No 2 Basin Wyoming to raise 1293.60 for sanitary sewer construction. Bonds bear 6 percent interest payable semi annually and will discharge the existing supplemental assessments. Keeler Brothers Denver received the bonds as bidders.
A fragmentary entry shows a vote recorded as seconded and unanimously carried with names Faunell Adjorvmead Senly Allerts snr and St. Bavon Muavur. Clerk F. Ewors, noting approval in November 42 Anno Domini 117.
Fragmentary nonstandard notices list a liquor license for Basin Wyoming beginning January 1 1918 a barber shop hours and self governance guidance and various local ads including Goodyear tires and cement work contracting with names Pat Leavitt J H Welsh and O W McNay in November 1917 and later.

Basin Lodge No. 35 O F holds meetings every Tuesday. Basin Encampment No. 15 IOOF meets second and fourth Fridays. Eliza Rebekah Lodge No. 246 IOOF meets first and third Fridays. Basin Camp No. 5586 IW A second and fourth Thursdays.
