Modern Heating and Ventilating System To Be Built
The annual school meeting discussed financing a modern heating plant to replace stoves and improve air. The board will install the system from the outside on the west side at about 3500 dollars, to allow all rooms to be used and will also add a ventilating room. The meeting also authorized purchasing six adjacent play ground lots for 800 dollars, expanding grounds for tennis, basketball, baseball, and a race track, with the Woman's club contributing equipment funds.
