Basin reports funds on hand from a show with Rex Theatre profits and Mothers and Friends support. Receipts total 164.25 with 82.13 to be split, expenses 15.60 leaving 66.53. since May 10 donations total 30.40, disbursements 26.14, leaving 4.26 on hand and overall funds 70.79.
Government to sell German owned corporations by bid
New York reports that all German owned corporations held by the federal government will be sold through competitive bidding. Alien property custodian A Mitchell Palmer oversees about 140 properties valued at more than 200 million dollars. A selling organization is created within his office to dispose of them, with forty firms slated for immediate sale and capitalization exceeding 100 million dollars.

Wyoming Wins Oil Land Case At Trial
