Eastern State chapter No. 16 elects and installs officers for the year. Grand Matron Chum R. Fister installs grand officers including Gertrude L. Dickinson as grand marshal and Bertha K. VanDevender as grand chaplain. New officers listed span matron to marshal with names such as Clyde Athey and Winifred Patten.
The Big Horn County Commission approves deputy officials including J F Christengen deputy sheriff J P Zane jailer and janitor M Barnes and Frank A Cleveland deputy county clerks Lillian Anderson deputy county treasurer and reappoints existing deputy sheriffs. Also advertises for Oregon fir lumber and ingot iron for culverts. adjourns to February 6 1917.
