Income Tax Man to Visit Big Horn County in 1918

Council Inspects New City Wells
The city council ordered a test well and a committee visited the site. They found a 15 foot hole with shale beneath and no water. The 6 by 8 foot cribbed structure produced one to two barrels per minute, with a pump extracting the well in ten minutes. Further investigations will determine next steps.
