The district court last Monday secured a jury for the state versus Joseph E. King over the Ollie Price box car killing. State attorney Little and defense for King by Landfair, trial lasted Tuesday into Wednesday with a verdict of not guilty. The judge instructed limited murder verdicts due to intoxication.
