Estate of Marion Hall District Court Order to Show Cause
In the district court of Big Horn County Wyoming an order to show cause is issued for the sale of Marion Hall estate to pay debts and administration costs. The hearing is set in Basin on February 19 1918 at 10 am with publication in Basin Republican for four issues. Dated January 19 1918 Judge P W Metz. Attorney G Hartigan. Filing for $600 mortgage judgment in Big Horn District Court
In Basin Wyoming on February 7 1918 Agnes M Shea filed a petition in the Fifth Judicial District Court seeking judgment for 600 with 10 percent interest from January 15 1916 against Interstate Realty Company and G H Murray and M W Murray to foreclose a mortgage and sell described property to cover the judgment costs and attorney fees with further claims by G H Murray Company and W W Lindsay.
