The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Guyer died Sunday in Cody after a short illness. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. with Father Ruders officiating. Burial was in Mount View Cemetery. The young attorney Donley of Cody appeared before Judge Parmelee in the Howman will case last week.

A tailoring shop fire started when a gasoline cleaning operation ignited, badly burning Chas Woning's hands and arms.
