Basin Wyoming approves Local Improvement District No 3 sewer bonds
The town council of Basin Wyoming declares the Local Improvement District No 3 proceedings regular and the assessment of $6,578.77 valid to pay the sewer project costs. It levies a seven percent annual interest on unpaid installments with a five percent delinquency penalty after thirty days and allows redemption within thirty days with accrued interest.
