The Big Horn County Board met December 5 to 8 1922 approving salaries for sheriff deputies clerks and other officials and listing numerous expense items. They also adopt revised Manderson townsite corporate limits describing precise boundary lines and corner points. The session concluded with adjournment to December 28 1922.
The Fret National Bank of Basin Wyoming filed a petition in Big Horn County District Court on December 1 1922 asking that lots 10 11 and 12 in Block 3 Meklem addition Basin Wyoming be partitioned against Thomas Whitaker whose last known address was Deadwood South Dakota.
The court seeks payment of 1177.00 and declares a lien on the debtor's interest. R. R. Ferris is named receiver to collect rents and manage the property. Answer by January 27, 1923 or default judgment will be entered. Dated December 1, 1922. Clerk John L. Landfair. First publication December 3, 1922. last publication January 12, 1923.
On February 19 1917 Jennie Blakesley and Orviss Blakesley as guardian defaulted on a note for 800 with interest 109 percent. Adrian State Savings Bank owns the mortgage recorded in Big Horn County Wyoming and will sell at Basin Court House at 10 am December 23 1922 to satisfy the debt of 1182.75 with costs. Basin Camp No. 6586 meets second and fourth Thursdays. Royal Neighbor Basin Camp Ma. 36 meets first and third Thursdays in Fraternity Hall.
