Basin Fire Destroys Ford Car and Barns
Friday night residents of Basin were awakened by the fire alarm to find several barns burning near the Mann hotel. Firefighters quickly contained the blaze, destroying the buildings and a new Ford car owned by Louis Bingin after a nozzle was sabotaged by children playing with the equipment.

Preparations for Basin’s Fourth Annual Big Horn County Fair are complete. Exhibitors bring entries while county residents visit. The Chamber of Commerce runs the parade and nightly dances.
