Boilermakers in Greybull Fine After Strike Assault
About twenty boilermakers at a Greybull Midwest plant went on strike. Foreman Lee McDonald faced assault by some workers. J L Brownell William Brownell and C L Anderson were arrested and charged with assault and battery. They pleaded guilty. fines and costs totaled 215.60 dollars. Justice Bonwell warned no leniency for future trouble.

On Tuesday in chambers court commissioner J R Bonwell issued a temporary restraining order in Bench Canal Co vs H A Wegner. The petition says Wegner unlawfully usurped officer duties and damaged the canal by $1000 since December. A hearing in district court is set for next Friday. Another case State of Wyoming ex rel W B Edwards vs G H Stearns involves an alternative mandamus directing Stearns to deliver canal funds or appear March 23.

Burglary Suspect Arrested in Greybull
The sheriff's office arrested Richard Walden in Greybull after he broke into a butcher shop and later the Golden Rule store. He pleaded guilty at arraignment before Judge Harding, was bound over to district court, and jailed awaiting sentencing before Judge Melts in the coming days. Walden recently arrived in the state from Oklahoma.

Seventh Grade Wins Close Junior High Track Meet
The junior high track meet at the fair grounds last Friday afternoon ended 79 to 78 in favor of the seventh grade after W Reich's hurdles disqualification cost the eighth grade a winning race. Multiple events featured Talbot, Dickman, Reid, Jessen, Rogers, Burns, and Hunsinger with several firsts and records noted. Burns led as top individual winner with three firsts and 15 points. Dickman earned two firsts and a tie for first.
