Articles of incorporation will be filed with the secretary of state for the Wyoming Cement Plaster company. Capital stock set at 200000 dollars. Directors for the first year: Peter Enders F A Wise R B West H H Hime T K Bishop P W Mets and C A Zaring. The plant and 400 acre Enders property near Greybull will supply gypsum materials for blocks plaster and building products and a cement plant may follow. Headquarters will be in Basin with a large labor force to start production and expansion plans as demand grows.

Death of Mrs Kinder in Beaver Creek
Mrs Jennie Kinder wife of Roy Kinder of Beaver Creek died last Monday from pneumonia after flu struck the family last year Jennie Lampman daughter of Mr and Mrs C F Lampman of Greybull born June 30 1890 near Shell grew up in rural schools and Billings high school class of 1911 later married Roy Kinder and lived on Beaver Creek leaving a son and a daughter three brothers and one sister. funeral held in Shell Wednesday conducted by Rev F J Medford Greybull.

County Commissioner T W Olney of Shell valley and Grace Alderson of Chambers Neb were married in O Neill on March 13 by Rev Longstaff. They visited Omaha and Oakland and return home last Friday. The bride is the daughter of John and Mrs Alderson of Chambers and a graduate nurse. The groom is a leading cattleman and director at Greybull Commercial Bank. they will reside on his ranch fourteen miles east of Greybull. His brother G A Alderson’s two children will live with their father on the Olney ranch.
