Ocean Voyage Excurion To Hawaiian Islands From California
Sixty nine members of the California Press Association sail from San Francisco aboard the Matson steamship Maui for the 43rd annual excursion to Oahu and Hawaii. The voyage features ship papers, leis on arrival, a Holy Land talk by Friend Richardson, and a schedule of daily events including tours, games, dancing, and moving pictures. A lava dust report and Diamond Head sighting add to the itinerary as the party charts through Pacific waters toward Honolulu.
