The hearing before the U S Land Office in Los Angeles is set for June 24 1914 at 9 00 a m. Witnesses are George W Chenoweth Otis W Jessup August Peterson and Frank W Otto Jr all of Victorville. The partnership known as H. C. Ryerse & Company in Daggett California is dissolved by mutual consent. Homer C. Ryerse will continue the business and pay all debts, giving receipts to creditors. Signed Homer C. Ryerse and Frank D. Ryerse.
