Pioneer Camps Atolia and Rand Districts Draw Miners
Frank Huss of the California Development Board says Randsburg and Atolia districts resemble pioneer mining camps with a rush of activity and rising fortunes. The board gathers data for a Kern county resources booklet while noting development in Tehachapi Rosamond Neuralia and other districts. An experimental sugar beet patch is being tested near Neuralia as a Santa Ana company secures 5700 acres.
