The Barstow Printer office claims to be the only print shop in the desert and urges patrons to patronize home industry by having their job printing done locally.
The Mojave River Land and Water Co plans to develop a 7000 acre tract between Otis and Harvard with extensive ditching for irrigation. Alfalfa, cattle and hogs will be raised, no property is for sale, and key figures discuss wells, townsite prospects, and water cutoffs for Otis residents.
Notice of assessment 62 levied by the board of directors on June 8 1914 for one half cent per share on the capital stock payable to D F Wilson secretary in Los Angeles. Unpaid shares become delinquent July 20 1914 and will be sold at public auction August 10 1914 to cover the delinquent assessment and costs. First pub June 12 1914. 6 cents.
