Bonds for jailed iron workers move toward release
J E McClory acting secretary treasurer of the International Association of Bridge and Structural Iron Workers took blank bond forms to Leavenworth Kansas where 32 members are jailed. Funds mainly from unions aim to secure about 1 070 000 dollars for all men including Herbert Hockin who will not appeal. Release could come by week end as bonds are signed and approved by Judge A B Anderson. Wives Philip A Cooley and Mrs Frank J Higgins await husbands in Indianapolis.
