Bledsoe Sells Final Helendale Ranch in Mojave Region
J B Bledsoe, a Mojave River pioneer, sold the last 180 acres of his Helendale ranch after 40 years of operation. He exchanged the property for a seven room house on Highland avenue San Bernardino formerly owned by T Pullen valued at 5250 for the ranch and 6000 for the Highland house.
