In San Kraneweo on March 14 Ki RL Mapaton in a jealous rage fired a gun at the cruiser California today killing Reasie Cook a dance hall singer and Hugo Randall a night clerk in the hotel where the girl lived He then killed himself.

Between 500 and 1000 horses, sheep, and hogs perished, four men were seriously burned, and property losses reach about 350000 to 400000. She was born South Strafford VT and had lived with her daughter the past seven years.
