The New England Baseball League reversed President Murnane’s Memorial Day game ruling between Lowell and Lynn. The board found both clubs negligent in ensuring the umpire announced the 12 o'clock cease truth. The game was awarded to Lynn and umpire Roarty will rejoin the league umpires next Monday.

Matthews left Bath 30 years ago and Philadelphia in June 23 The body was found in a stable. He was once employed by Potcliffs Savings Bank and later aboard the ill fated Portland voyage. Burlington June 23 a six month sentence and $25 fine were imposed on an Italian man for shooting at Shel Point where a house belt burst. The man, working for J E B Cashian, was arrested by Deputy Sheriff Yodil and Officer Milot on a breach of the peace charge.
Robert Keough of Rutland a boilermaker unmarried was struck by an incoming passenger train while stepping from a coach at the depot last night. The locomotive cut off his heel and left a deep scalp wound. He may recover.
