Death of Mr. Tom Howell After Long Illness
Mr. Tom Howell died Monday morning at age about fifty three after weeks of decline. A war wound left him in constant pain, yet he faced death with faith. Funeral held at the Baptist church with Dr. J. M. Brittain preaching, burial at the Zebulon street cemetery with Undertaker Summers in charge.
