The Washington section notes ten pigeons released June 24 from Punta Gorda Florida, with C 26 373 R C C Sagwa owned by H O Kidwell as the first and only to arrive. It was captured near Augusta June 25, then freed July 8 and finally reached 1217 Twenty fourth Street NW on July 16 in about four and a half days, the greatest distance for a Washington homer.
