Assembly Initiates Shift in Mortarboard Funding
The assembly voted to move Mortarboard to an independent financial basis with profits placed in a contingent fund owned by Mortarboard. If losses occur, the Undergraduate Association covers them as a loan to be repaid from future profits. The junior class will incorporate Mortarboard, and the Seal Committee gains a budget as a subsidized org.
