Associate editors propose the Supplement become a magazine named the Barnard Bear raising room questions for both the monthly and weekly publications. A consolidation is suggested to devote end pages to a chronicle of daily events and use the rest for stories and poems. A bulletin board would replace the bulletin part and student opinion is urged.
Minutes from the Undergraduate Association and committee reports show a year of great development. Representatives from all colleges met at Wellesley last Fall to compare systems and recommend changes, highlighting self-government as a recognized feature of college life.
The Executive Committee enabled an election system and the Student Council now governs the Undergraduate Association under the Faculty Committee on Student Organization. The year brought reforms, standard setting, and clearer college policy, with Barnard poised for a long, successful era starting in 1904-05.
Review notes uneven performances with strong turns by Adelaide Hart and Jessie Cooke, praise for the Barnard Mandolin Club, and criticism of Eileen Markley and some supporting roles. Saturday showings improve, but production shortcomings linger despite efforts of director Mr Sanger.
