Barnard College weekly student publication issued during the term by the Undergraduate Association. This issue is number 21 of volume 29 dated March 27 1925 and lists the editor in chief.
The assembly debates directing spring Tag Day funds to causes such as the Student Friendship Fund Maternity Centre Manhattanville Day Nursery and Odd and Even Studies refurnishing. Officials favor supporting the three funds while questioning the stand on Odd and Even Studies and broader charitable action.
The Barnard Bulletin prints letters from the club and Roger Baldwin defending broad debate. Baldwin argues conscientious objectors and radicals share loyalty to the public, insisting the club welcomes all sides and invites Miss Smith to attend meetings. He cites prison time during World War I as a principled stance in favor of free discussion.
