The Barnard Bulletin is published semi weekly during the college year by Barnard College students. It is entered as second class matter October 19 1928 at the New York NY post office under the 1879 act. Subscription is 3 50 per year and single copies cost 10 cents.
The notice lists the editorial and business staff with titles and roles. Barbara Coleman, Piri MHalasz, Hannah Rayna Schwartz chair the Editorial and Business News Board while Barbara Berlin, Ruth Helfand, Enid Reichel, Diana Rosenberg sit on the Associate News Board. The Barnard College honor system, in place forty four years, relies on students forming a personal moral code to guide essays and exams. It requires continual reinforcement through improved orientation, witness reporting, and potential adoption of pledged exam integrity like the New York Regents system.
