Barnard College Faculty Appoints Standing Committees

At a January 30 meeting Barnard College faculty named standing committees to serve until January 1910. The Project committee on Instruction lists Robinson Knapp Reimer Montague Crampton Massey and the Dean ex officio. The Scholarships committee includes the Dean Chairman Hubbard Dr. Lee and the Provost ex officio. The Honors committee comprises Trent Maltby Shasner and the Dean with Provost ex officio. The Student Organizations committee names Dead Weeks Chair Weeks and Professor Braun with the Provost ex officio.

Student Council Minutes Discuss Freshman Show and Finale

The Student Council met on Friday February 17. The Freshman Show Committee report was read and approved. Two copies of each Bulletin number will be kept in the Bulletin office for Council use. Mid Year Finale will be abolished and treated as an ordinary party managed by seniors if classes agree, with no dramatic facet.

Barnard Press Club Announces Election of New Members

The Barnard Press Club via the Bulletin states undergraduates and one year graduates only may compete for Barnard correspondent and five New York papers. A March 15 submission deadline requires a Freshman Show story, sealed with name and class, judged on style accuracy attitude and makeup.

Mil articles must be legible and handed to Agnes Burke
