Barnard Union Debates Tariff Revision and Membership Rules

The Barnard Union considers a tariff revision by Congress and proposes amendments to Article III. Sec. 3 Part 2 for nominations by three members and two thirds approval. A literary supplement to the Bulletin is planned at about 16.50 monthly with 150 subscribers, featuring poems and sketches. New honorary and regular members are proposed for admission and several names are elected to membership.
