Barnard Bulletin is issued semi weekly during the college year by Barnard College students through the Undergraduate Association. It is entered as second class matter October 19 1928 at the New York NY post office under the act of March 3 1879. Subscription rate is $3.00 per year with a single copy of 10 cents.
