Verboten Bulletin Sparks Two Day Campus War
The April Fool issue of Verboten Bulletin provoked Banard dismay and a Barnard Barnard administration purge. The incident included removal of copies from Jake and a later fence destruction incident between 116 Street and Brooks Hall. Estimates place damage around $200 as Columbia faculty view the acts as a gesture rather than a riot.
