City Solons Meet. YWCA Rooms Kept Open Through Year

Prairie du Sac Man Dies from Poisoning in Madison
Travers Tabor, 23, of Prairie du Sac died at a Madison hospital from poisoning at 6 30 Wednesday morning. He was the son of Mrs Louise Tabor. The body was returned to Prairie du Sac for burial.

Charles E Brown reports Wisconsin Archeological Society field work in Columbia county continuing since 1919 1921. Surveys focus on Wyocena Duck creek Lowville Springvale Pacific and Portage areas with twelve mounds found in Wyocena Faint effigy mounds and a turtle mound identified for preservation and park. Council Rock once stood near Wyocena destroyed in the 1870s.
