Jury Awards $900 Damages to Mrs Schumacher
Mary Schumacher of Sauk City won a damage suit in Madison circuit court against Dr. Simon Keller. A special verdict assigned $900 in damages after witnesses said Keller’s auto forced closeness to a horse and caused the horse to shy, throwing Schumacher from the surrey.
