The Sandstone Lodge A F and A M No 84 mourns the death of Brother Fred Riley born Sept 15 1866 in Esablin Wisconsin. He joined Virqua Lodge No 54 Wisconsin in 1914 and died November 3 1917 at Calumet Montana. Interment at Calumet Cemetery with Masonic rites. He was a devoted husband father and citizen who upheld law and order during World War I.

Auction of R G Burns farm near Medicine Rocks will be held next Monday November 12. The sale includes a good line of farm machinery and desirable livestock ready for bidding.
