Fragmentary OCR notes show a time range 8:50pm to 10:30am and references to Savannah with unclear context and laity terms. No clear event title or participants identified.
Official war records show losses per unit furnished by states and territories. One in sixty five died of wounds, one in thirteen from disease, one in nine died in service, one in fifteen captured or missing, one in ten wounded, and one in seven died in captivity. The Chicago Journal notes Joaquin Miller went mad over finding only one rhyme for Gladstone.
