Administrator announces sale of Lot No 123 in Batabriden by order of the Court of Ordinary. The property, part of an estate distribution, will be sold at public sale at the courthouse on the first Tuesday in December, between legal hours, for cash. Nov 3, 1896. T J Coleman, Adm'r Fat. Sane Coleman.
In Miller County Georgia an administrator's sale is announced by order of the county official. The sale will take place on the first Tuesday in December to the highest bidder for cash. The property is described as a portion of lot 132 of Miller County, cut from lot 7 as per original plat, with a title to the Sawnee tract.
