Decatur County Georgia sale notices list two properties to be sold at the courthouse door on the first Tuesday in January next. One involves the life interest of Lavina Barbaree in three town lots in the 10th District to satisfy a May Term 1881 Superior Court judgment. The other item covers Lot No. 36 in the 15th District, levied to satisfy a 1026 District Justice Court case, Kimborough and Allfriend v S W Lee. Both notices bear dates in November 1882 and identify the sheriff as L F Burkett.
