Sheriff L F Patterson announces a public sale in Decatur County Georgia during legal hours on the first Tuesday in May 1896. Property Seized in Bainbridge for Court Debt

In Decatur County Georgia a vacant city lot in Bainbridge and a house and lot in Bainbridge are seized under a Superior Court writ to satisfy a judgment of the Bainbridge State Bank against H H Jones and W M Blount. Sheriff L F Parrersor announces the seizure date April 5th 1896.

In Decatur County the levy on T. E. Speight applies to several parcels in the 20th district including Lot 259 containing 250 acres, plus 35 acres of Lot 270, and 96 acres of another portion of Lot 270, along with 30 acres of Lot 251 and 98 acres of unspecified land.
