The notice lists two tax and lien seizures in Bainbridge Decatur County Georgia. One item describes Lot 174 and Lot 34 in Bainbridge bounded by Water Street Miller Broughton and the estate of James Colbert levied to Barrett Mfg Co vs Sig Nussbaum. The second describes 30 acres off Lot 53 in the 22nd District levied for unpaid 1898 taxes to M E McCall. Both dated April 5 1899 and signed by Sheriff L F Patrerson/ PatrEersoux.
On the first Tuesday in May the entire Electric Light and Ice plant of Sig Nussbaum will be sold at the Court house in Bailbridge to satisfy 1898 unpaid taxes. The sheriff L. Patterson notes the levy and sale in the county for the tax collector George D. Griffin. The notice is dated April 5, 1890.

He must be cited along with kin to appear at the next term of the Court of Ordinary in the county on the first Monday in May 1899 to show cause why he should not be allowed to resign guardianship. Witnessed April 3, 1899 by T Be Maxwell, Ordinary.
Petition to incorporate the Stuart Lumber Company seeks a Georgia charter to manufacture lumber turpentine resin and other forest products. It plans sawmills dry kilns tram roads cotton gins grist mills farms and real property holdings with capital stock of 20000 paid in and authority to renew after twenty years.
