Shetsky Faces Six Year Term for Burglary

A 49-year-old former Minneapolis bartender, Rubin Shetsky, was convicted of second degree burglary by a district court jury and sentenced to six years. He was accused of taking part in a $31,500 fur theft in Tulsa last April 18, a gun fight with police followed, and he remained on a stretcher due to a heart condition during the two-day trial. Frank Ellsworth of Omaha faces related charges, while another suspect, Charles C. Taylor of Omaha, was shot dead in Montana two months earlier.
