George H. Earle Jr. testifies before the House sugar investigating committee that former President Roosevelt did not prosecute leaders of the American Sugar Refining Company linked to wrecking the Real Estate Trust of Philadelphia. Earle presented letters to Roosevelt dated Sept 21 1906 and Oct 27 1906 claiming ongoing attempts to obtain justice and documents, and noting Roosevelt's supposed loss of appetite for large game.
