Richard Roger Tenneson 22, a former war prisoner and one of 21 Americans who refused repatriation, arrived from Red China in Hong Kong. He said he was neutral on communism but believed Red charges that the United States used germ warfare in Korea. He came from Alden Minnesota and was driven to Kowloon after meeting officials at the border.

The Dixon Yates power group sues the U S for 3 5 3 4 7 7 8 dollars in expenses tied to a cancelled private Valley Authority project. Mississippi Valley Generating Co filed the suit in the U S Court of Claims.
